The NuMicro® NM1500 series embedded with the ARM® Cortex®-M0 core runs up to 72 MHz with 32/64/128 Kbytes Flash program memory, 4/8/16 Kbytes SRAM , and 8 Kbytes Flash loader memory for In-System Programming ( ISP ) and In-Application Program ( IAP ) . The NM1500 series is equipped with a variety of peripherals, such as GPIOs, Timers, Watchdog Timer ( WDT ) , UART , SPI , I²C , 14 ch x 16-bit PWM , 2 sets x 8 ch x 12-bit ADC , 24-bit Capture, three sets Analog Comparator, two sets OPA, Hardware FOC ( MDU ) , Low Voltage Reset, and Brown-out Detector.


Target Application:Industrial Control, Motor Control, Electronic Vehicles, HVAC Compressor, etc.
